Hi All,
I started this website so that we can all connect and create an awesome support system as we reach for our goals free of obssesive thoughts about food and training. To keep a balance even if it takes us a little longer, we can surely stand on solid ground. I come to you through a power greater than me that I look towards for courage, strength, hope, love and care. I hope that this site can be of service and help bring joy and excitement that is healthy and life changing, keeping us away from being self obsorbed and full of worry. To be able to enjoy the goals we set for our temple as well as our spirit, that these two can surely come together in grace. I have experienced it and I continue to experience it as long as I put a higher ground of living ahead in my life and a sense of gratitude that I get to do those things I would normally not be blessed to do or experience if I were in my addictive nature. Be it food, alcohol or what ever a person's choice in vice may be, I rely on something greater than me today to show me what my true purpose is and where my service is to be given. Thus here, we can come together and do this together and have a greater life beyond our wildest dreams. There is a richness to be had on all levels of living and I have come to experience that it can be done with balance, dignity, faith, love, gratitude, and purpose.
